Cynthia LeBlanc, Ed.D., served as a teacher, principal, central office administrator, and superintendent for 36 years in several California Bay Area public schools. She retired from the West Contra Costa Unified School District in 2006, and remains active in a number of nonprofit and civic organizations, foundations, and her church.
